A few weeks ago it was STEM week and we had some fun in infants carrying out experiments and coding. After focusing on the story ‘The Three Little Pigs’, we saw for ourselves whether a brick house would actually be the strongest! We made three houses from straw, sticks and Lego bricks and tried to blow them down like the wolf. The brick house was definitely the strongest.
We also began coding using robot mice. We all had a chance to explore using them first before inputting directions to make the mice move to a piece of cheese. It’s harder than it looks!
